And if they're all there who's going to fund that town's taxes? Who's gonna feed and shelter them?

Everyone talking about guns but what about the homeless. What if you let them have an empty town somewhere in middle America.

Is it trump? Or the fact that we passed laws to basically neuter the police when dealing with the homeless?

I understand the need and want to protect yourself and your property with a gun. But if we want to allow guns, why not address the fact that most deaths from guns are suicides than homicides? What about domestic disputes where there is a gun in the house, even if the woman has a gun and can shoot? And what about African Americans (60% are African American women) who want to legally own guns? Like Nelson said, getting the gun might be a bit harder than before but - shouldn’t it be? I really want to know what you guys think. I have friends and family that own guns and I would feel safer too, in a house by myself, if I had a gun to protect myself - but it seems misplaced.

think adam lanza... i think handguns are bad... only big ass unconcealable guns for home defense... unless you are some kind of person who is an increased liklyhood of target

to balance out this gun marketing... your presumption is that gun ownership will help prevent deaths or violence... i believe the increase ownership will just lead to more accidental deaths as well as homocides by crazies who go off their meds

About guns. OEF Veteran. Pro-RESPONSIBLE gun ownership. The scary part is people in some states and communities that have guns can barely tie their shoes or read. Training and regulation is tantamount. The pro gun lobbies don't care about safety like the NRA USED to. Now it's about MONEY. even the NRA,( profit whores). The photo-op of the redneck military failure inbreds protesting the lockdowns and masks regs do not help the cause .

I work security downtown LA. The homeless refuse to go to safe houses downtown, so they round them up out of one neighborhood and "relocate" them . They end going back to their old neighborhood. They refuse to go to shelters because of the rules. Also the rest of the country sends their homeless to SoCal, thanks to Trump, punishing us for being "liberal".
