My wife and I found JK from the old sketches like the Car sales video and the Korean History video. We've been following the JK family ever since we started dating back in 2008.

I also found JK through David lol (when I first watched JK, I only binged the videos with David, then I binged the entire channel. This was when David when on that hiatus). I also know narcissists (npd) that don't accomplish anything because their ego is so fragile. It makes it so they can't take accountability for anything because they can't accept that they are the problem. They have this weird balance of acting like they're the best/smartest person in the room, but for some reason they're always portray themselves as helpless victim.
I did the 90 Days (and I'm in Joe and Steve's quarantine program which I'm excited for). I think the 90 days helped me be more productive, find helpful resources, and work through certain mental blocks or negative mindsets. I find myself being more productive and mentally healthy mostly, but I'm still overcoming other things. I find it's easier to form new habits than break old ones and I'm trying to figure out if being hard on myself or hyping myself up works better. On one end, the first can lead to feeling depressed and turning my thoughts into a self-fulfilling prophecy while on the other hand I'm afraid that thinking too positively will allow me to enable myself. Either one for me can easily slip into a "fuck it who cares" attitude.
