I lived in China for a bit but more in the farming villages. It's literally no windows and just concrete walls that aren't built properly. It looks like everything was made a long time ago. There are open washrooms with no door or windows, use a bucket to wash down the poop and piss. Farmers who have almost no tools, they also use the one broken road to place their farmed goods. Honestly you can tell they are nice people but you can tell it's like they never evolved. This is what is funny about people making fun of people, who are transitioning out of poverty. Habits won't change overnight and it's also sad that people don't understand the transition involved. It's like getting a tribe to evolve, it would be a difficult task. Most of them aren't like that either.

You must give a tenant "reasonable" notice of intent to enter the premises, unless there's an emergency. That's the law.
