Revolver — Reveal of model and animations!

We’ve finally reached the point where our refactored inventory system is solid enough to start implementing more complex items, such as the new weapons. We’ve decided to start with the Revolver.
Let’s start with a quick recap of what’s been stated about the Revolver in one of the previous posts. The Revolver is a sidearm used by the Chaos Insurgency shotgunners. It is highly configurable, having three barrel lengths, three sight options, three cylinders, and two grips to choose from. It can fire in two systems: Double-Action and Single-Action. In order to fire the Revolver, the left mouse button must be pressed and held. After a very short delay, the weapon fires (this takes 0.1s with standard attachments). If the left mouse button is released before the weapon fires, the character will cock the hammer manually, changing the trigger mode into Single-Action. This mode provides more accuracy and gets rid of the trigger pull delay completely, but in doing this, the maximum fire rate is compromised because the hammer needs to be manually re-cocked after every shot in order to retain the Single-Action benefits.
With that covered, we’re happy to present the new model:

2021-05-07 18:34:22 +0000 UTCBut i think that the 0,1 delay is too fast, for there to be a reason to use a single action i think it should be made slower so that they choice between waiting before the shot fires or having to cock the hammer after each shot.
