The actor that plays Gang-tae has been in a lot of truly awful dramas (yeah, I'm looking at you Dream High) and I had no idea he was such a brilliant actor until I saw this. There isn't a single error in the casting. The problem is that the series has spoiled me for most other Kdramas. The writer has a new series coming out this year, the first thing he's done since this one. I have high hopes for 'Mr.Plankton' which has some of the same themes. Oh Jung Se ( Sang-tae) has the lead male role, and the lead female role has been given to Lee Yoo Mi who had a small but very powerful role in Squid Game. I really hope that will add one more series to my list of exceptional dramas which currently stands at three.
