The guys at the table with me, just slapped their foreheads and said, I guess we'll be dragging you back to the ship tonight. The 2nd time I had soju it was because I helped this Korean lady change her tire on the side of the road and afterward, she opened her trunk and gave me 5 bottles of Plum flavored Jinro that was great

I'm not sure what you can do to soju to make it special though, since it's just grain alcohol mixed with flavorings and artificial sweetener. Jinro brand soju is the biggest selling spirit in the world. Kpop isn't the only part of Korean culture that's sweeping the globe.
