The Hong sisters are masters of this type of drama. I was afraid that Hotel del Luna was their final work, but I see that their new drama, Alchemy of Souls, is debuting this month. It's also a fantasy which is really what they do best. The series they wrote before Hotel del Luna was Hwajugi which for some reason was given the title Korean Odyssey in English. As in all their dramas the female lead character is strong, feisty, and determined.
