Sana is using traditional Japanese woman's speech. Most Japanese women don't normally speak this way these days, except for formal occasions or when they're being MC's or news readers. She is very good at it. Momo, not so much. In some ways it's similar to Korean aegyo since it's meant to make a woman sound cute and feminine.
