The structure of the show is very similar to Sixteen. Individual assessment, group competition, a day playing games out in the country, seeing how each girl rates the others, and the patented JYP morality lecture. He learned from the mistakes on Sixteen, so it isn't as cruel and there is no audience or input from the public. JYP controls the whole process.
