JYP learned a lot from Sixteen. He got rid of the necklace ripping that everyone hated, no more judges from outside his company, and no more public voting. He kept the girls voting on each other because that was really helpful in Sixteen. He kept complete control of the process so there wouldn't be another Momo incident.
