Hoopa is at it again! Causing another head swap by using its magic portals, it sets it sights on Ash Ketchum for a second time!
The second victim along with Ash is a gorgeous Gym Leader from the Paldea region; Alfornada's Psychic makeup guru, Tulip! She's also taking this opportunity to give someone (and herself) a little makeover! Something she's been trying to do for a while now. She enlists the help of her Psychic PokΓ©mon to help "persuade" the head swapped Ash.

I mean how long does hypnosis last ? Don't get me wrong it's good but at some point wouldn't it wear off ? And when she, you know, at some point go, this isn't fair what i'm doing to him ? Aka we need to switch back ?
