We are not sure if we'll expand it in the game but we could at some point. Not sure if it was explained in chapter 2 but she is a titan, like Scylla or Xa'l Astra, a being that could be similar to a demigod. The form they have, the designs for the game, is their form in the physical world, containers for their true spiritual being, and in a way less powerful than what they could be. In the spiritual world they could or could not have their own realms and with the transition to the physical they can keep their memories, keep some or not remember anything at all of their previous life. In Christies case, she had a realm and with time she became an evil being and created some kind of Dante's circle of hell of perversion and excess. In chapter 2 she entered the physical world with the intention to expand her realm but she ended up losing a little her mind after her confrontation with Elana. After she was transported to the dimension of chapter 3, since she is an immortal being and that dimension is an stage previous of the creation of this kind of beings, she lost all her memories, returning to purest state of mind, but keeping the body and the powers acquired from her previous life. Not sure if we'll put or expand all this in the game, but it is more or less the idea we have when we work with her.
