This in particular is included (after defeating Setek, who appears when you have 30-40% of influence) but some could not be included yet. We do the animations and release them for 10$+ tier. Then, when the part of the game for this animations is finished, we include them in the release. Usually it's noted in the alpha releases updates list but if you have any doubt of some in particular you can ask us and we'll be happy to help. Even so most of them are already included.
