It keep charging you until you manually withdraw your support, that's how patreon works when creators charge monthly.

We were a little nervous because we already got an agreement with him and an agreement with you to add another artist when we hit the milestone but due to previous work agreement he wasn't able to work a lot with us. Now this has changed and hope we'll be able to add at least 10-20 more images per month ^^
