If you are looking for truly the worst of all time, for your consideration: the directors cut ending for Butterfly Effect (the one with Ashton Kutcher.) It is a relentlessly depressing movie that only gets more black as Ashton tries and fails to make his love's life better by going back in time. The original ending is surprisingly not too bleak. The director's original idea for the end is beyond words.
