Thatβs ok if not, we still have a few more days to go,
make sure to check out the movement snack collection for short 5-15 minutes of mobility, all levels if time is an issue.
Remember a few minutes of movement every hour can offset sitting for long periods of time!
-UPDATE: I am going to try to film Friday if my swelling is down enough (had a wisdom tooth extracted) I should be able to bring you a couple new ones by the weekend!π€π½
