So Many Workouts Can Be So Overwhelming

-Where do you start? How do you continue? How do you set up your own schedule?
I’m gonna help you do that each and every week. On Sundays with the post I normally do outlining what we will be working on that week. I will ask you to sit with a calendar and schedule time for your movement of the week.
- Btw you are also more than welcome to just follow along with the weekly workouts and repeat exercises from previous weeks for times I am unable to post.
-Remember, I’m disabled, I will try my best to post every week something new, it’s not realistic that I can.
-In the meantime, think about your goals and head to my collections and find the collection that looks like will help you achieve them!
-Btw most of my mobility and flexibility workouts will overlap because mobility is one of the best ways of increasing ROM!
-Make sure you schedule for your lifestyle, so use the movement snacks (5-15min) for busier days to keep you going even when you’re strapped for time
