Personally I'm really interested in anything to help with my vertical splits on both sides. Not as interested in middle splits. I would love to do short routines (up to 25 min long) a couple times a week to get flat in my splits. Your Liquid Motion floor work looks cool! I am going to check out that first class you shared. I also love sensual movement stuff that helps me to feel connected to my body ๐ŸŒน

Yeah, it would be really cool! I actually have been adding functional things like jumping and basic parkour after movility training, but I have no clue what other things to do, so yeahhh it's great.
