In this workout, we will be breaking down the exercises found in primal animal flow called bear and crab. We will also be learning how to transition from bear to crab and from crab to bear. This is full of modifications, but can still be a tough one. If you’re ready for a challenge and want to expand your movement repertoire to start learning movement chains and flows this is where you start. All you need is a comfortable floor, comfortable clothes, and water. Modifications for beginners available!
