Workouts for this week
Added 2024-10-15 14:52:26 +0000 UTCAs long as I feel better later this week (I have a cold and respiratory issues) I’ll be able to post two upper body workouts. Both will focus on shoulders and back, one will be a very beginner version, the second a more advanced progression of the first! We will start working towards building strength and range of motion so we can start being able to do more advanced movement like pushups!
