Workouts for the week are changing!

i’ve decided that we are going to start doing lower body one week, upper body the next, full body the following week. I will attempt to post one beginner modified workout and a partner workout with an added level of difficulty to help you start progressing with your movement! I just sent you two lower body workouts, one easier than the other. Both similarly working on everything from the hips down. Next week we work on upper body mobility and flexibility!
