Standing Lower Body Mobility

Learn how to warmup and condition using joint mobility to work towards getting up and down from the ground without using your hands. This is a lower body mobility workout that targets the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. It’s a bit spicier than my beginner beginner workouts, consider this a bridge to then start working on more intermediate movement! All you need is a floor and your body.
