Workouts of the week!

You will be getting two workouts from me this week, one beginner upper body movement snack. Can be done seated or standing. The second workout will be advancing lower body mobility to including 90/90s and shinboxes to standing, kneeling to stand. These will be techniques that not only help enhance lower body range of motion and strength but will also help you learn to get down and up from the floor without using your hands!
