Fluidity Flow Flexibility For Lower Body

In this workout, we are going to gently mobilize our bodies, using brain base techniques to help enhance the brain, body connection and increase the range of motion in our hips, pelvis, legs, and even feet. All you need is a comfortable floor and a towel or strap long enough to wrap around your feet. You can also utilize cushions to place under your booty as an option to increase comfort during certain exercises. This is an all level class, you do not have to be working towards your splits to benefit from this class.
