Workout of the week

I know some of y’all noticed I did not post to work out last week, and I’m truly sorry. I have been dealing with a flareup of my chronic pain that’s lasted a couple weeks. I am starting to feel better so I’m anticipating being able to film and post the fluidity flexibility flow for lower body no later than Thursday this week! It will be a longer form class focusing on gently increasing our lower body range of motion using brain-based techniques that help increase the brain-body connection and increase relaxation.
