This week you will be receiving two workouts from me. One will focus on gentle mobility/stretching can be used any time of the day, it will be a movement snack! The second is an intro to Shoulderstands. We will learn the entrance and exit to shoulder stands, how to practice getting them on your own and the conditioning exercises that will help you master this advanced pose!
