#3 back series video coming next week!

Hi all, I know I’ve been a bit MIA this summer, but once school starts up on 8/12 for my kids I will be able to consistently post more workouts! Thank you for your patience! The next back series workout will come out before the end of next week. We will be working on strengthening the lower back and lower core are while building flexibility. This workout will head more into “intermediate” territory requiring you to move into poses and exercises that may be challenging but worthwhile. Thank you again for your patience and see you soon!

Hey hon, so I’m actually going to be re-recording the workshops but instead of doing a full and hour and a half I’m going to break it up into a tutorial for shoulder stands, and a separate one for fish flops. And these are gonna come after the last upper body workout/mobility video. As an introduction to advanced upper body poses.
