Part 2 of the back series

thank you for your patience as I slowly get these videos recorded and put out for your viewing pleasure. Summer is a weird time because it is super hot and I have a hard time with multiple sclerosis and the heat and on top of that I have my kids at home so getting out to film can get really tricky, but I’m going to try my best to have number two in the upper body/back series out by Wednesday next week! The second video in this series is also going to focus on our core stability because that can also impact our back muscles and spine health!

I had a reduction in 2013, so I completely understand the issues with having large breasts, they would smother me🥲 and dealing with chronic illness is sometimes the worst. This next part is going to increase in intensity a bit but only because it’s going to have core strength in it as well. Hopefully you find it just as useful

I’ve just started to have issues with my back, so this is quite literally perfect timing. I think it’s a mixture of having ME/CFS for the last 16 years which has made me very sedentary, and having huge knockers. I really enjoyed Part 1 and have been incorporating it into my routine, so I am very much looking forward to Part 2. I’m sorry you struggle in the heat, i know how that is, i hope you can stay cool, enjoy the summer, and have fun with your kids 😊
