This is great for me. Thank you! The first time I was rally struggeling with those circles with the upper body. The second time I did this it was a lot easyer and I feel energized and a lot less stiff already. I love you movement snacks. It is so much more likely that I do a few short snacks during the day than a 20 min workout that I will plan to do soon and all of a sudden the day is over and I never got to it.
