Id love for you all to go ahead and revisit previous hip and upper body mobility workouts, Because once I start filming again, we are going to start progressing the basics and adding load utilizing a resistance band. You don’t have to use a resistance band. This is an option if you want to start progressing from beginner mobility to intermediate, and then advanced . But this is an option not mandatory. If you feel satisfied staying where you’re at, don’t worry about investing in resistance band.

I also want to add, I am going to start teaching live classes on YouTube. The first class I teach will be accessible to everybody, including both tiers on here. After that first class all my following classes will be behind a pay wall, except for anyone subscribed to my VIP tier. You will have access to all classes and workshops put on in person, live, and otherwise!
