Both tiers will receive two movement snack videos, one touching upon decompressing and stretching after standing or walking for long periods of time, the second for those sitting and using their hands for long periods of time. VIP tier will receive a full hip, lower body mobility class focusing on progressing 90/90’s and sit to stand two ways!
