Workouts for this and next week!

Stretching intentionally, yes we are going to do the thing I say won’t give you long term benefits, but in a way that will give you long term benefits. We are going to combine feel good stretching with mobility and mindfulness to enhance the way we move overall. The first workout will be a full body ooey gooey mobility/stretch, next week we will look at “decompression“ stretching for fatigued muscles (like how you feel after standing or walking for long periods of time).
