This class starts At the beginner level then progresses to intermediate and advanced levels. You will need to use your own body awareness to understand where you can challenge yourself and where you need to back off. The purpose of this class is to better understand how you can progress into more challenging mobility sequences when you train consistently. This is not a “one and done“ class. The better you get, the stronger and more flexible you become, the more you can accomplish. Remember, do your best, leave the rest!
