My apologies

I am still flaring. My MS symptoms are making it difficult to do anything but the bare minimum. I’m hoping to feel better in the next couple days. I will be recording as soon as my body allows me. I have two workouts planned out and am planning on running all new edits on these workouts to add music and make them easier to follow. Thank you for understanding, and I hope you stay around to see what’s to come in the next week.
