This week

Sorry I’ve been MIA, I am recovering from a Stomach virus that has caused my multiple sclerosis symptoms to flare up. I do plan on recording two videos for you this week if my body feels up to it. The first video will be a movement snack utilizing wrist mobility to help reduce stress. The second video will be a hip mobility video utilizing a chair for standing and for taking the weight off wrists in a table top position. Thank you all for understanding. Setbacks happen, I’m no exception to this. (Luckily my arm is healing) and I’ll be back to providing full body tutorials in just a a couple weeks!
