Workout two postponed

I have injured my shoulder and have been trying to push though, and I‘m currently filming workout one for this week since it’s joint rotational work and I can move around the pain, but I cannot put weight on the area; therefore I have to postpone this week’s second workout. My hope is to film three workouts next week after my shoulder pain subsides. I appreciate your understanding and be on the lookout later today for workout one for this week: Intentional Joint Mobility, all levels!
