I highly recommend doing nothing with that shoulder until you’ve had the mri and received recommendations from an orthopedic specialist. If it’s tissue damage certain movements may make it harder for the area to heal, which may be a reason physical therapy and cortisone shots do not help. Fortunately, your shoulder will heal with time and appropriate treatment. It can take a while though depending on the root cause. I’m sure this is not new information. I’ve had similar experiences with my left knee and left shoulder. In the meantime do what you’ve been doing, keep moving around the pain. Sending you healing energy 🫶🏽

I am getting an mri next month my shoulders been jacked for a long time. I’ve had cortisone injections, and physical therapy but nothing seems to help. I am hoping the mri might give some answers.

Totally made sense! Skip anything that places pressure on the area until you are able to without pain, do your best, leave the rest means it’s ok to prioritize resting an injury and working around it while you heal. I hurt my shoulder a couple weeks back and have been avoiding most upper body exercises until I can move the area without pain. Once the pain stops you can always go back to those exercises!

I have a shoulder injury which makes some positions hard. When I was following along to one of the hip and pelvic mobility routines and you had us lean back on our elbows the pain in my shoulder became to intense so I stopped but wondering if there are mods that can be done or just skip exercises where you are holding upper body weight on arms? I hope that made sense. Happy new year!

Sounds great new year blessings to you and yours x
