This stretch session is meant to help you reduce those aches and pains, muscle stiffness from stressing over, well everything. This video includes breath work for the “warmup” and intentional full body stretching (using muscle engagement versus passively holding the stretch) Do your best leave the rest, means you can skip any part that doesn’t feel good to you, add any tools to make the experience more enjoyable, etc. This is your time.
