This week expect to see a lying to sitting to standing mobility flow that breaks down each move and shows you how to condition your body to be able to easily get up from the floor with ease. The second workout will be a flexibility workout focusing on your he hamstrings and hip hinge for enhanced forward fold!

I have done Tai chi in the past. The accupunture has not done a whole lot for my hips...but I have seen other muscles release . Chiro has not done much but I try to go after leg day it releases some. I am great when exercise is done on my back I can do leg lifts flutters the works it's just the squats. I continue to work at them but Ugggg

Scientific evidence shows manual manipulation such as acupuncture and seeing a chiropractor will not give you long term results and can actually hinder your progress. If you’re only using those methods with boot camp style training your body may be fighting it. I achieved my results through mindful, intentional mobility and brain based drills. Maybe a change of pace will help you get there.

I have been in a boot camp like workout 4 times a week accupuncture chiropractor for the last year. My worst day is leg day and squats. I try every week I breath through it but the flexion still pull on my lower back.

Your hip flexors need work, they don’t suckπŸ˜…πŸ«£when we talk badly about our bodies our brain then manifests it to be true, if we reframe the way we speak about ourselves we can actually manifest better movement. Let’s manifest better hip mobility in your good but tight hip flexors πŸ˜‰
