The second workout will be a flexibility workout focusing on your he hamstrings and hip hinge for enhanced forward fold!

2023-10-09 15:17:49 +0000 UTCI have done Tai chi in the past. The accupunture has not done a whole lot for my hips...but I have seen other muscles release . Chiro has not done much but I try to go after leg day it releases some. I am great when exercise is done on my back I can do leg lifts flutters the works it's just the squats. I continue to work at them but Ugggg

If youβre only using those methods with boot camp style training your body may be fighting it. I achieved my results through mindful, intentional mobility and brain based drills. Maybe a change of pace will help you get there.

Letβs manifest better hip mobility in your good but tight hip flexors π
