I’ve come down with a cold so I figure it is the best time to create a short ”bed” mobility workout for those of us who get stiff if we don’t move our bodies but are laid up due to chronic and acute issues. Look for a lower body nerve glides in the second half of the week. Hope you’re all having a beautiful symptom free day!
