You want to make sure your focus is completely fixed on your thumb, your eyes should be fixed in their sockets and your head, arm, and thumb are moving at the same speed. Try slowing it down further, stopping if you get dizzy. There will be times that an introduction of foreign sensory information causes dizziness or discomfort, it is completely normal. The more you incorporate these drills into your routine the better they will feel.

When I was doing the vestibular-ocular movement, I started to feel a little dizzy towards the end of those. Is there something I should be paying more attention to/being more careful/intenional about?

Just did this one - I wonder if I'll ever get tired of being surprised by my range of motion increasing?! The next rolls obviously did some amazing stuff as it sounded like popping corn in my neck and shoulders!
