What to expect in the next couple days!

This weekend I’ll be working on putting together a chair mobility/gentle mobility workout for those who sit for long periods of time, have busy schedules, all drills will be doable anytime of the day! I’ll also be adding a shoulder nerve glides video for better range of motion and chronic pain management.
