September Workouts!

We will progress our mobility and flexibility training to intermediate/advanced levels with one lower body (hip flexors, knees, ankles, feet, etc.) workout, one upper body (neck, shoulders, upper/lower back, etc.) workout. We will continue including sensory training with gentle mobility. We will also be doing one 30 minute full body strength training workout with modifications!
