I need to start getting up a bit earlier to do this every day before work. After a 3 year work hiatus, I'm returning full time to an elementary classroom and my body has not been happy with the abrupt change. But this? This feels great and is accessible enough for me to do on a day to day basis.

Looooved this. It was exactly what I needed. I’ve been struggling with low energy lately and needed a way to jump back in gently. My goal is to do even just a little bit each day and this was what I needed to hear so I can work on reminders to breathe and release myself from perfectionism (not pushing too hard and making it something I don’t want to do).
