When asked, “how often should I work out?” my answer tends to be what are your goals and what does your lifestyle look like? We have been conditioned to believe that fitness Hass to look a certain way. But science is showing that if we incorporate movement in our life in whatever capacity we can, we can increase or quality of life. Do your best, leave the rest!
