It depends on how your body feels, if you want to do both middle and side splits together you can! See how your body feels the following day, always rest a day between splits workouts, and if you need to, alternate days (side & middle) with at least one rest day in between. Let me know if anything else

Any thoughts on whether to do the side and middle splits routines on same day and then rest, or alternate days (middle on days 1, 3, 5 & side on days 2, 4, 6)?
