Perfect! Thank you!!!

Aimee

Follow along with the video, it’s the exact length you’ll need to then jump to your workout. The sensory warmup focuses on heightening our brain body connection, the other workout videos then have additional movement warmups in the beginning to get your body prepped for whatever you are working on in that video, hope this helps!

Hello! I am new to this and was wondering how long we should do our warm up portion for? Thank you!

Aimee

Could we have something similar to the sensory warm up but for finish an exercise session? I would really like to start and finish the same way every day session.

Thank you! I currently work writing in English every day, so we can communicate in English. I just edited my previous comment.

Hello, I just joined your Patreon. I'm not a native English speaker, I'm actually in Mexico. I've been struggling with exercise since ever, movement is really hard for me because I'm a child sexual abuse survivor and some movements get me in post traumatic stress. So I've been fighting between the natural need of movement and my reject to feel in danger. I have years looking for some exercise that can help to feel save, but most of the trainers want you to push to the limit and I get to an overwhelm tension that leaves me exhausted, so I really don't want do that again, and I just quit and then feel like a failure. I recently learn that is not normal to feel that amount of stress and start looking for different approaches of movement. I'm really enjoying your videos and feeling the desire to move. Thank you for doing this.
