I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I have a long backstory with my struggles around exercise, pain, etc, and I felt a huge tug to your content when I stumbled across it because of your gentle and thorough approach to moving your body safely and thoughtfully. I chose to start at the very beginning with these videos because I truly am a beginner when it comes to the knowledge I will gain from you, and I am very happy with what I learned and am excited to continue on daily.
