2021-07-24 15:39:42 +0000 UTCWhen I was in high school 20+ years ago, I belonged to the poetry club. We had nights at one of the local cafes where we read out our works. Our high school had an anthology where we'd publish works from students. I helped manage it for a few years. I used to write so much. It was so cathartic. One day I stopped. It's a long story that isn't too important. Sometimes when you get older, there's things you don't take with you. Sometimes it's friendships. Sometimes it's hobbies. And sometimes it's the way you choose to express yourself. Thank you for this. I felt young again for a little bit.
