Postpartum Depression Mod - V1.1
Added 2019-12-31 17:17:56 +0000 UTCHappy New Year's Eve! I'm dropping off some super tiny mods and a debug build meant for some of my hardcore History Simmer frens. I've had these mods around for a while, so they're not all that recent or exciting, sorry.

First up has to do with BABIES! You know, like Baby New Year? I am so clever :p
This mod adds the chance for parents to experience Postpartum Depression after having a baby. In real life, about 50-75% parents experience Postpartum Depression; in game, this chance is 45% (while it still may seem like a lot, believe me, unless you're doing 100 baby challenge rapidfire, it won't happen too often.)
This is a +10 sad buff that lasts 3 days, but it can be decreased by actions that normally decrease sad buffs, like calling the Sadness Hotline.
This mod alters the "buff_HadBaby" and "buff_HadBaby_Male" xmls, but should a major incompatibility arise, I am open to overhaul the mod with all new tuning + a script.

Secondly thank you very much for your new mods like this but also for the "Preventable Diseases" for historical simmers. 2020-01-02 14:08:04 +0000 UTCI love this, however, I was curious if you'd add a version that doesn't just work if they have the "new baby" moodlet. You can still get postpartum after the happiness of a new baby as sometimes it isn't instant. As well as maybe a longer moodlet, say 7 days? For those who play on long seasons[28 days], this version I feel doesn't fit properly. As well as those who extend pregnancy past 3 days. Another reason why I ask if there is a way to get this to work after the "new baby" moodlet has dropped. The idea of this fits my sim perfectly otherwise.
